All items are sent within 1 working day of payment.
Our garments are shipped in discreet packaging with no reference to our company on the outer packaging. Your privacy is our priority.

*Guaranteed next day delivery is only available when ordered before 1pm Monday to Thursday.

Privacy & Security

We only collect personal information required to process your order.  We do not share ANY of your details with any third party mailing list or company. No credit/debit card details are ever received by us as we use SagePay and Paypal to process our payments as they are a highly secure payment processors.

We will never share any of your information with any third party and the only time we will contact you is in relation to your current order, in which case we will e-mail you at the address you provided.  If you have any queries please contact us.

Returns & Replacements

You may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange.

All returns must be within 30 days of delivery and the goods to be returned should be in the exact same condition that they were sent.

Please include your invoice number in your returns package to speed your refund. We will give a full refund if the goods are faulty but for all other returns we cannot refund delivery costs.

All of our goods are checked to ensure you receive a perfect product.

*Unfortunately some items of intimate nature cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.*
